As President and founder of Konner & Associates Financial Services Inc., (1978) Lyle has dedicated his career to developing effective solutions for individuals, business owners and professionals in the areas of Income Replacement, Risk Management, Wealth Transfer, and Tax-Efficient Capital Growth and Preservation. Lyle has been featured in such publications as the Investment Executive, Vancouver Sun, Toronto Star, and Montreal Gazette, discussing such topics as Tax Sheltering, Investments, Health Care, and Long-Term Care.

Throughout his career in the financial and insurance services industry, Lyle has made a commitment to quality work. Through consistent effort and reputation for outstanding service, he has built a solid clientele and expanded his business through referrals from satisfied clients. His expertise is recognized by his selection for memberships in various performance based industry councils, having included  MDRT and Court of the Table.

Mutual funds are provided by Investia Financial Services Inc., and insurance products are sold through our MGA, Abex Brokerage Services.

Lyle is a member of Advocis and his designations include the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), RHU (Registered Health Underwriter), and EPC (Elder Planning Counsellor). He has given back much to the industry by way of Past President of our local chapter of Advocis as well as moderating CLU classes, proctoring exams and mentoring younger professionals in our Industry.
He is a past President and a charter member/charter president of two Rotary Clubs, White Rock Millennium and White Rock Peninsula PHS. Actively practicing Rotary’s motto – “Service above self”, Lyle is hands on with implementing  Rotary projects such as putting in clean water systems  for remote villages  in Guatemala and Mexico. Delivering containers of Wheelchairs to Mexico and giving the “gift of mobility” to children. Further, being involved with Polio  immunization in countries such as India and Ethiopia. More locally, working with the South Surrey/White Rock learning centre. (alternate form of highschool) as well as supporting the South Fraser Women’s services.  He is President of the Young Men’s Adventure Weekend Society of BC, a group of men dedicated to mentoring young men ages 12-17.

Lyle resides in South Surrey, British Columbia with his wife, Patricia. They have two adult children, Jared and Channing, and 3 Westies. Lyle enjoys golf in his spare time – but will not quit his day job.

Liz is also a  member of Advocis and her designations include RHU and she is currently working on her CLU.

Liz resides in Surrey, just a hop, skip and a jump from the office, with her husband Randy, their son Trevor, 2 cats and 6 fish.

Heidi resides in Coquitlam with her husband Kevin and their dog, Bear.   They have 3 wonderful daughters.
